Returns, Exchanges, Complaints

RETURNS

1. The Client has the right to return an item purchased at the store within 14 calendar days of receipt of parcel based on the rules specified in the Act on Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and Liability for Injury Caused by a Dangerous Product of 2 March 2000 (Journal of Laws no 22, item 271 as amended).

2. Download, print and fill out the return form: return_and_complaint_form_PLNY_LALA.pdf

3. Place the item you wish to return in the original plastic packaging, and the return form in a regular or courier envelope.

4. Post the parcel or send it by a courier service to our address: DTW Logistics - PLNYLALA.COM, Kopytów 44E, 05-870 Błonie, Poland.

5.We do not accept cash-on-delivery and self-collect parcels.

6. The return procedure applies only to items with original labels/hangtags in place and without visible signs of wear and tear other than resulting from initial use and examination of the item.

7. Failure to meet the aforementioned requirements constitutes a basis for rejection of the returned item.

8. The cost of returning an item is borne by the Client.

9. Within 5 days of receiving your return, we shall inform you whether it was accepted or not. In the former case, you shall receive a bank transfer to the account specified in your return form.

10. If you intend to return the item by mail, we ask you to keep proof of posting, as it will serve as a basis for your complaint should the parcel go missing.


EXCHANGES

1. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on items purchased at our store. This is because the items we carry tend to sell quickly and we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange is still available.

2. Instead of exchanging the purchased item, you can return it and we will make a refund to your account. Should you need a different size or want to purchase a different item, please place a new order.


COMPLAINTS

1. According to the law, you have the right to file a complaint regarding the purchased item.

2. In order to file a complaint, download, print and fill out the complaint form: return_and_complaint_form_PLNY_LALA.pdf

3. Place the item you wish to return in the original plastic packaging, and the complaint form in a regular or courier envelope.

4. Post the parcel or send it by a courier service to our address: DTW Logistics - PLNYLALA.COM, Kopytów 44E, 05-870 Błonie, Poland.

5.We do not accept cash-on-delivery and self-collect parcels.

6. Your complaint shall be processed within 14 calendar days.

7. If the complaint is accepted, the Store shall make a full refund of all transaction costs borne by the Client

8. The refund of transaction costs shall be made via a bank transfer.

9. Differences in appearance between the received and the ordered item resulting from the Client's monitor settings, especially colour and tone differences, do not constitute a valid basis for a complaint.

10. Complaints are processed in accordance with the Act on Special Terms of Consumer Sales and Amending the Civil Code of 27 June 2002 (Journal of Laws no 141, item 1176 as amended).

11. The Store is not liable for nonconformity of an item with the agreement which the buyer knew or should reasonably have known about.

12. The following processes and events do not constitute a valid basis for a complaint:

- natural wear and tear of item

- mechanical damage

- obvious defect visible upon receipt of parcel and not reported immediately afterwards to the Store

- discolouration

- water penetration
